Delivery Services

At Premier Event Society, we offer multiple delivery service options to accommodate the needs of each event. Delivery timing, setup level, and pickup services are based on the delivery package and services selected and paid for by the client at the time of booking.

Delivery services may include:

  • Standard Delivery
  • Delivery & Pickup
  • Delivery with Setup
  • Full-Service Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
  • Custom Logistics Services for Large Events

The scope of services provided will be clearly outlined in your invoice, proposal, or rental agreement.


Delivery Scheduling

Delivery windows are scheduled based on:

  • Event date and timing
  • Venue access restrictions
  • Route optimization
  • Staffing and logistics availability
  • The level of delivery service purchased

While we make every effort to accommodate requested delivery times, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed unless a specific timed delivery service has been purchased and confirmed in writing.


Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the delivery location is accessible and safe
  • Providing accurate venue and contact information
  • Securing any required venue access approvals
  • Ensuring adequate space is available for setup and placement
  • Notifying Premier Event Society of stairs, elevators, long walking distances, loading restrictions, or other site conditions prior to delivery

Additional labor or access fees may apply if these conditions are not disclosed in advance.


Setup & Placement

Item setup, arrangement, styling, and placement services are only included when specifically selected as part of the client’s purchased delivery package.

Standard delivery service generally includes delivery to the agreed-upon drop-off location only and does not include full event setup, styling, installation, or breakdown unless otherwise stated.


Pickup Policy

Pickup services will be conducted according to the service package selected by the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring all rental items are:

  • Cleared of personal belongings
  • Reasonably cleaned
  • Accessible for pickup at the scheduled time

Late-night pickups, venue restrictions, or delayed access may result in additional charges.


Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Premier Event Society is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Traffic accidents
  • Road closures
  • Venue access delays
  • Acts of God
  • Emergency situations

In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to complete delivery services as quickly and safely as possible.


Service Areas

Delivery availability and fees vary based on event location, mileage, staffing requirements, and event logistics. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
