Refund policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Premier Event Society, we reserve inventory, time, and resources specifically for each client. To ensure fairness and availability, the following cancellation policy applies:
Retainers
- A 25% retainer is required to secure your event date and rental items.
- All retainers are non-refundable.
- The retainer guarantees your date and removes selected inventory from availability for other clients.
Rental Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date to be eligible for a refund of the remaining balance.
- The 25% retainer remains non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable in full.
Planning & Design Services
- Retainers for planning and design services are non-refundable.
- Any planning or design services already completed are non-refundable.
- Clients may cancel future planning services with a minimum of 14 days written notice:
- This will stop any future scheduled payments
- No refunds will be issued for work already performed
Agreement Acknowledgment
By booking with Premier Event Society, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
