Refund policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Premier Event Society, we reserve inventory, time, and resources specifically for each client. To ensure fairness and availability, the following cancellation policy applies:

Retainers

  • A 25% retainer is required to secure your event date and rental items.
  • All retainers are non-refundable.
  • The retainer guarantees your date and removes selected inventory from availability for other clients.

Rental Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date to be eligible for a refund of the remaining balance.
  • The 25% retainer remains non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable in full.

Planning & Design Services

  • Retainers for planning and design services are non-refundable.
  • Any planning or design services already completed are non-refundable.
  • Clients may cancel future planning services with a minimum of 14 days written notice:
    • This will stop any future scheduled payments
    • No refunds will be issued for work already performed

Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking with Premier Event Society, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
